اللجنة من أجل دولة علمانية ديمقراطية في كل أرض البلاد

 

مبادئ اللجنة لأجل الجمهورية الديمقراطية والعلمانية في كامل فلسطين مبادؤنا:

 

• دولة واحدة ديمقراطية وعلمانية، في كامل فلسطين، بحيث يحدد الشعب بنفسه شكلها ومضمونها.

• عودة اللاجئين إلى مدنهم وقراهم.

• انتخاب مجلس تأسيسيّ ديمقراطي وكامل الصلاحيات من قبل جميع سكان فلسطين؛ العرب بما فيهم اللاجئون، واليهود.

• دستور ديمقراطي.

• البنى التحتية الاقتصادية ووسائل الإنتاج الكبرى في البلاد، تكون ملك الشعب كحق ديمقراطي له بما هو يجسّد سيادته وامتلاكه لمصيره.

• فصل المواطنة والدولة عن الدين وعن الانتماءات الإثنية.

• المساواة والحرية الثقافية التامة لمركّبي سكان البلاد، ناطقي العربية وناطقي العبرية.

• إنشاء اتحادات تجارية حرة ومستقلة؛ أي ديمقراطية في العضوية ومستقلة عن أصحاب العمل والحكومات.

• فدرالية حرّة لدول الشرق الأوسط الحرّة (دول المشرق) تحدّد الشعوب بأنفسها شكلها ومضمونها. الآن! جيش إسرائيل، أخرجْ من المناطق المحتلة!!

הוועד למען מדינה חילונית דמוקרטית בכל פלסטין

 

אנחנו דוגלים ב-

 

• מדינה אחת חילונית ודמוקרטית בכל שטח פלסטין שצורתה ותוכנה ייקבעו על ידי העם עצמו.

• זכות הפליטים לשוב לעריהם ולכפריהם.

• בחירת אסיפה מכוננת דמוקרטית ושלטת על ידי כלל אוכלוסיית פלסטין, ערבים – לרבות הפליטים – והיהודים.

• חוקה דמוקרטית.

• התשתיות הכלכליות ואמצעי הייצור הגדולים בארץ יהיו נחלת העם כזכות דמוקרטית שלו וכמימוש
  ריבונותו על גורלו.

• הפרדת האזרחות והמדינה מהדת ומהקהילות האתניות-דתיות.

• חופש ושוויון תרבות מלאים למרכיבי האוכלוסייה הדוברים ערבית ועברית.

• הקמת איגודים מקצועיים דמוקרטיים ועצמאיים – הווה אומר: דמוקרטיים עבור חבריהם ובלתי תלויים במעבידים ובממשלות.

• פדרציה חופשית של המדינות החופשיות במזרח התיכון (המשרק) שצורתה ותוכנה ייקבעו על ידי העמים עצמם.

The Committee for one Secular and Democratic Republic
in the whole of Palestine

We uphold:

 

• One state, secular and democratic, in the whole area of Palestine, with its form and content decreed by the People

• The right of the refugees to return to their towns and villages

• Elections for a constituent sovereign assembly, by the whole of the population of
  Palestine - including the refugees – and the Jews

• A Democratic constitution

• The economic infrastructures and the major means of production in the country will be the people’s property as its democratic right and the realization of its sovereignty on its destiny

• Separation of the state and the civic status from religion as well as from ethnic-religious communities

• Complete cultural freedom and equality to the Arabic and Hebrew segments of the population

• Establishing independent and democratic unions – democratic for its members and independent from both employers and governments.

• Free federation of the free states of the Middle East (the Mashrak) the content and form of which will be determined by the people
